We are currently recruiting for a 2nd chef to join our enthusiastic team at the Hadley Bowling Green in Hadley Heath.

We have recently undergone a refurbishment and are now recruiting to complete our kitchen team.

If you have experience as a 2nd chef and have excellent knowledge of kitchen duties as well as Food Health and safety knowledge along with good practise with ordering and stock rotataion you may be perfect for the role.

2nd Chef Duties

You will be required to prep for starters and main meals as well as desserts. You main duties will be to assist the Head Chef in preparing the plates for plating and run of the kitchen.
You will be required to make starters, desserts, maincourses and keep your section clean and tidy during service.
You will need to be a team player and ensure consistent delivery of all dishes together with a strong understanding of waste control, stock control and ordering.

Your main job role will be to assist the head chef in prep and cleanliness of the kitchen.
Also on head chef's absence you will be expected to run the kitchen in the same manner as of the haed chef's standards and expectations.

All candidates must be eligible to work in the UK, and must have a good understanding of the English Language.

These positions are NOT Live in positions, and as such you will need to have relevant means of transport to get to and from work.
