4 star hotel in Carnoustie is looking for somebody to join our busy Front Office Team.
You will be responsible for providing a personal and friendly welcome while delivering a high level of service from the moment our guests are checking in all the way to their departure.
You will also need to take ownership of our guest queries, ensuring appropriate action is taken in a professional and efficient manner. As part of you duties you will need to be able to handle cash transactions accurately and do some basic accounting.
You will be required to be flexible, well organised and have excellent attentuion to detail. Further skills which will need to be demonstrated include.:
• Be able to work under pressure
• Excellent presentation and organisational Skills
Having previous Receptionist Experience in a 4 or 5 star property is desirable however we would consider candidates who have had similar reception/reservations experience.
Shifts are varied throughout all hours of the day, 7 days a week and a degree of flexibility is required.
