League Coordinator/Receptionist – Main Duties and Responsibilities

•To ensure maximum league efficiency is achieved.

•To ensure that all enquires taken are dealt with and recorded fully and to convert as many as possible into positive business.

•To complete the league performance report ensuring it balances at the end of each league shift.

•To maintain league team contact details, financial records, league/block booking records and attendance and disciplinary information ensuring they are kept fully up-to-date.

•To ensure all league teams are called prior to their scheduled kick off time confirming that they will definitely make their fixture.

•To ensure enough referees have been booked for the number of league games scheduled to play for your league.

•To manage all cash in line with the operations manual.

•To assist in the league turnover & the collection of all league registration fees and good faith bonds.

•To assist the site manager in the sales effort within the branch, which will include 3 day call ups, telesales calls to local organizations to encourage tournament/league participation and preparation of mailshots.

•To provide wherever possible the centres first telephone response.

•To undertake any administrative tasks as deemed necessary by the General Manager.

•To ensure that all league notice boards are kept fully up-to-date with the relevant leagues information.

•To undertake such other duties which may from time to time be deemed necessary compatible with the nature of the post.
