A progressive individual who can work as part of a team, is able to take direction, yet can work under own initiative as well. This would suit a well educated, intelligent, (possibly University Graduate/ Hospital Trained), talented, reliable and ambitious individual.
An exceptional candidate with impeccable English (both spoken and written), friendly and articulate telephone manners, and immaculately presented and top class customer service (very important). Dental knowledge and experience in Software of Excellent is essential.
The role involves::
Multi tasking while remaining calm in a busy and sometimes pressurized working environment
Booking appointments for many practitioners
Management of appointment book
Dealing with post/ invoices
Answering phone calls, booking patient appointments and taking payments
Patient management and relationship building
Update patient records; prepare patient letters and estimates etc.
Be able to handle patient enquiries regarding dentistry
The candidate should have:
Superb administration and reception skills. (ideally with dental experience)
Immaculately presented, articulate and with a professional telephone manner
Excellent written and spoken communication skill
Have a friendly attitude, passion about working with the public and positive and professional approach
Be PC literate with working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Take responsibility for the integrity of the database records
Able to use dental software, or have the enthusiasm to learn
Be extremely well organized, pro-active and motivated.
Have excellent customer service experience
Proven experience of working under pressure
A flexible and enthusiastic personality
Mondays & Wednesdays 9am-5pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays 10am-8pm
Friday 9am - 2pm
Plus 3 hours to equal 40 hours per week.
Basic salary £22+ (negotiable upon experience)
