CMS are looking to recruit a Receptionist/ Office Administrator to join our team at the London Office

£17,000 plus £1k bonus
Bonus, pension, healthcare, life Assurance

This role is a varied position and the ideal person will love variety and be happy to juggle many balls in the air as the role not only involves being the face of our company to our visitors, our voice at the end of the phone, but also picks up some administration for the Facilities, Health and Safety and HR functions.
Reporting to the Group Facilities Manager, this role will involve everything from booking flights, sorting out a plumber to fix the roof, training new employees in the time and attendance system, not to mention welcoming and offering coffee to our visitors, sorting the post etc.
This role is a busy one and the days will fly by, but in return we expect a positive can do attitude, great attention to detail, a structured, organised and methodical work style, and a flexible approach in order to cover a wide variety of tasks for different departments
