Candidates must have the following qualities:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven customer service experience
• Numeracy
• Proactive and great organisational skills, especially multi-tasking
• Calm and diplomatic
• Confident and outgoing
• Technical skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, telephone systems and database management
• Well-groomed
