Exciting and busy West End firm of Chartered Accountants seeks full time receptionist/ admin assistant.
You will be answering calls, taking messages, meeting and greeting clients and general admin duties. You will also be responsible for general office duties incl. paper and electronic filing, shredding, client tea and coffee making, incoming and outgoing post and general errands.
To be successful, applicants must be extremely well presented, have an excellent phone manner, a positive attitude, basic computer skills and the ability to multitask. The applicant will preferably have reception and admin experience in an office environment, but would consider trainee level.
