We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Administrator with Cashier Clerk experience to work for a Private Hospital based in North West London.

The successful candidate will need to have recent experience in a similar role within the Health Sector.
Please be advised this role is on a shift basis so candidates must be flexible to work the following hours:
Monday - Friday: 8.00am - 6.00pm / 12.00pm - 8.00pm or 9.30am - 5.30pm.
Saturday: 9.00am - 2.00pm (required to work one Saturday of the month at least).

Salary / Hourly Rate: £19,000 per annum
Duration: Permanent
Location: North West London
Hours Per Week: 37.5 hours

Duties / Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet patients
- Carry out patient registrations for the hospital
- Carry out patient checks to required standards and enter information / amendments onto databases
- Verify insurance details
- File away copies of registration forms together with guarantor forms
- Cashier duties; checking charge sheets against database information, raising invoices, liaising with insurers and sponsors, collect payment, issue receipts, maintain cash floats, process refunds when required, reconcilliation of daily takings and issue charges for consultant room usage daily.

Level Entry Requirements:
- Proven office and customer service experience - ESSENTIAL
- Experience of handling cash and payment administration - ESSENTIAL
- Ability to work well as part of a team - ESSENTIAL
- Demonstrate ability to process data and amend computerised records - ESSENTIAL
- Accurate with attention to detail - ESSENTIAL
- Good organisational skills and able to work to tight deadlines - ESSENTIAL
- Must be able to work flexible hours when asked to cover the needs of all services - ESSENTIAL
