Reception Administrator
We are a well established design company manufacturing Footwear and Accessories for the top High Street retailers in the UK and Worldwide

Due to the constant expansion of our own 2 in house footwear brands we require another administrator to run our very busy reception.

Somebody that enjoys a creative environment, who can work with tight deadlines and under pressure, who is extremely organized and flexible will be the most suitable candidate for this position

This administrator will assist all teams, from the design team to the merchandising team to the GM and MD.

She/He will be very much involved with the product, through data entry, updating catalogues, preparation for shows, keeping showrooms tidy for customer visits, dealing with incoming and outgoing of parcels, updating price files etc

Sound Knowledge of Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook is a must. Knowledge of Photoshop is a great advantage

This is a full time position with promotion prospects within the company
