You must be qualified to MCP level or higher.
You will be providing IT support on Windows NT desktop, Win NT Server support, Novell Netware, Unix/Linux, MS Office 2000, XP, Windows 9X - 2000 and exchange 5.5. Lotus notes, PC/network support, experience of supporting desktops and laptops, IPX/SPX and TCP/IP and VPN support. Blackberry, VoIP, and any variations on modern day to day computer systems in a business.
You need to be logical and responsible for problem solving, logging and escalating calls where necessary.

You get paid contractor rates by earning a basic wage, plus excellent bonus’s.
