Large student Accommodations Company looking for a senior property manager with certifications.
This position requires you to oversee property maintenance work on residential houses and flats. You will be working closely with the project manager and liaising with landlords.
Good computer and communication skills are essential. This is a man-management role and not a hands-on tradesman role. Will be working closely with email and web based applications
You must have minimum of 5 yrs experience in the property management experience
What will be required from you:
Manage service charges and any arrears.
Communicate with contractors.
You will individually manage a portfolio of 285 properties.
Ensuring gas safety certificates are up to date.
Contacting the relevant contractors to complete any issues that arise within the properties.
Preparing tenancy agreements.
Act as point of contact for landlords and tenants for general enquiries.
Must have a property management certification with an accredited body or association, must provide proof.
Minimum of 5yrs experience under property management
Must have good organisation skills and ability to follow up on correspondence and emails.
Excellent organizational skills.
Good telephone manner.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Adaptable and flexible.
Ability to build good rapport with tenants and landlords.
You salary will be between 22K - 36K per annum depending on experience + bonus scheme.
