Promotional Merchandise Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and a talented sales executive for a newly established merchandise promotional company, with basic knowledge of Promoserve.

Key duties

• Finding new prospective clients via cold calling
• Book meetings
• Acknowledging new queries.
• Email client quotations within the SLA (48 hours)
• Processing new orders
• Preparation of purchase orders.
• Chase suppliers for prices, leads and ETAs.
• Delivery notes with packing details to be sent to suppliers prior to deliveries.
• Keep log of all orders and its progress.
• Provide managers with a week in progress report (WIP)

*Successful candidates will be required to start within 2 weeks (Training will be provided)
