We specialise in producing high quality artisan breads for high scale clients in the London and South east area. We are now looking for an assistant Head Baker to support the Head Baker and run the shift of 10 bakers when the Head Baker is off. You will need experience in a similar area at a senior level.

You will be a highly skilled artisan baker and technically very strong being able to mix, shape and also use the ovens as well as having good management and organisational skills.
The salary for this role is a very competitive £30,000 per year as we hope to attract the best candidates available.
