We are a Premier Inn hotel located at 52 High Street Brentford TW80BB.We are part of UK'S biggest hospitality group Whitbread.We currently have vacancies for restaurant waiting staff and a kitchen team leader.

Restaurant waiting staff with prior experience is preferred,but not essential.The ideal candidate should be friendly, have good communication skills and be a customer focused person.The job includes early and late shifts including weekends.The wages for this job meet national wage rate and gratuities.

The kitchen team leader position is ideally for a chef who can manage the daily operation of a small kitchen team ideally doing 60-80 covers for dinner and 100-170 covers for breakfast.All aspects from rotas of teams,to food ordering,weekly stocks and high level of food safety standards would be the responsibility of this position.Regular trainings and coaching kitchen team members would be a crucial part of this role.The wages for this job would be from £8.50 to £9 an hour depending on the suitability of the candidate.
