Knowles & Associates, is an established construction company specialising in high end basement excavations, and refurbishments for high net-worth clients. We are looking for an experienced and qualified plumber on our Central & South-West London sites on contracts.
Works will involve both 1st and 2nd fix using high end sanitary ware, so quality work is a must, as is a Gas-Safe qualification/registration. Knowledge of high quality residential heating systems, pressured joints and evidence of tidy work is critical...
Ideally you should have:
- proof of trade qualifications
- 2 checkable references
- minimum 3-5 years experience
- own tools (battery drill and hand tools minimum)
- PPE (boots/hard hat/high vis vest)
- CSCS Health and Safety passed
