We are looking at hiring a Full Time and Part Time Pizza Chef/Chef de Partie to join our successful kitchen team. You must have a really passion for food and be willing to go that extra mile to make sure service run as smoothly as possible. With at least 4 years experience of working in a busy commercial restaurant/hotel/pub kitchen you must a natural in the kitchen and true team player. A huge advantage would be having experience of preparing and cooking fresh pizzas. The full time position is contracted to 45 hours per week and the part time role is 20 hours, full time salary £17,000 - £19,000 pa depending on experiences.

Essential Criteria:
* 4/5 years catering experience
* Experience of making and cooking pizzas from fresh
* Have valid and creditable references (we will check before hiring)
* Must be available to work weekends
* Hold a Food Hygiene Certificate
* Be fluent in English (speaking/written/reading)

Desirable Criteria:
* NVQ 1 & 2 in Catering
