Hi,

I am looking for a talented and energetic programmer to partner with. I have designed a web application and plan around it, which is in great demand and I have the perfect routes to market such a platform. I would like to find a programmer who will design the platform to my specifications along with your educated input, and would lease the application back to me on an exclusive level. The lease fee will be a significant percentage of revenue generated per subscriber.

The platform simply provides a technical route to encourage customers of businesses to leave a review on Google Places. The platform is in-line with Google's guidelines as it rewards both positive and negative reviews alike. The advantage for the business owner is improved positioning on Google Places which is often related to the number of reviews that company has (among other factors, but reviews are important). In addition, the platform encourages direct business exposure through word-of-mouth.

You will be able to work on this project while still studying or working elsewhere. The platform will be written in PHP and driven by a mySQL DB. I would like someone who can see the opportunity of dedicated a small number of hours (probably around 50) to working on a platform which will bring in a continual subscription based income well into the future. The platform can be operated internationally and will benefit any business with a listing on Google Places who would appreciate greater exposure.

Subscriptions will be attractively priced and charged annually in advance on a per-establishment basis. In addition the idea is to provide a dedicated server hosting a version of the platform for larger companies that have many establishments.
