We are a highly successful property development company specializing in the residential sector IN PRIME Central London.

We are looking for a pro-active, bright and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to assist with the management of properties and general office management.

Duties include supporting the Director and his business with the following: General Office
General office duties including filing and typing documents and emails
Order office supplies
Liaise with IT providers/support as required
Welcome visitors, make tea/coffee
Opening and sorting post

PA duties
Manage emails, correspondence, diary and travel requirements for Director
Field telephone calls, take messages and handle enquiries Arrange and minute meetings
Take dictations and type correspondence
Working closely with the director
Ensuring the director is prepared for meetings

Property Management
Answering calls from tenants and actioning maintenance requests by assigning work to contractors
Liaise with letting agents re new and existing tenancies to ensure all properties are let
Discuss and plan necessary maintenance with the director
Book in property inspections and scheduled maintenance

Finance
Collate information for accountants for year end accounting and returns
Monitor daily cash position and produce cash flow forecasts for month ahead
Pay invoices
Monthly payroll, PAYE and quarterly VAT returns
Pay cheques into bank

Special projects
Writing, editing and production of any marketing literature, press releases and powerpoint presentations
Research into sustainable building methods and alternative energy
Completing competition and tender documents for funding

The right applicant must have:
At least 3 yearsÂ’ experience working in an office environment
Excellent typing skills with knowledge and experience of MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Excellent written English, spelling and grammar

Good communication and organisation skills and the ability to prioritise
Able to work under own initiative and pressure
Calm and professional manner
Adaptable to changing situations and managing multiple workloads
Self-starter, motivated and hands on

Salary: Depending on experience

Full-time position either by contract or as employed with 3 month probation
