Contemporary Japanese Restaurant - Zuma in Knightsbridge is looking for a Pastry Demi Chef to join their team.

Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 1 year's experience working in pastry in a busy kitchen in London. The successful candidate will also have the passion to prepare dishes of the highest quality and a desire to acquire new skills. Catering qualifications are desirable but not essential. No previous Asian or Japanese experience neccessary. Relevant training, a competitive salary, as well as performance-related bonuses after a successful probation period are offered to all successful applicants.
