Passionate Head Chef needed for renowned French café brassiere set in the heart of Manchester – 22-25K
We are looking for an enthusiastic Head Chef to lead a fantastic kitchen team in an authentic Parisian style café. This well-known brassiere is part of one of the UK’s most successful restaurant groups where exceptional customer service meets quality food and drink.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Knowledge of Health and Food Safety
· Hands on and passionate management approach
· The ability to motivate and inspire when it comes to Italian food
· Show a track record of a strong GP performance and financial acumen
· Be capable of driving consistent brand standards set by the Development Chef
In return the successful candidate will be rewarded will a salary of up to 25 K, excellent staff training and development opportunities, staff discount, the chance to be part of one of the UK’s most successful restaurant groups and more!
