We are looking for a hands on, forward thinking General Manager for this well established Italian brasserie for their new opening in Southport. The restaurant prides itself on fresh food and fantastic customer service and need someone who is willing to lead from the front.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Experience as a restaurant manager in a fast paced environment
· A passion for Italian food and fantastic customer service
· The ability to lead and motivate a team
· A fantastic work ethic and lots of energy!
