We are looking for a new face to join our team as Assistant Manager at a traditional Ale and Cider House, in Clerkenwell. Our focus is on excellent customer service, friendly efficient staff, traditional fresh cooked food, and top notch drinks!

What you’ll do in this role:
-You’ll be hands-on in the day to day running of the bar.
-You’ll ensure good first impressions, last impressions and those in between!
-You’ll work closely with the General Manager, to support in all areas, including stock control, ordering, staff training, marketing and promotion.

To be considered for this role you must;
-Have at least 1 years’ experience at supervisor/assistant manager level
-Be a team player and not afraid of hard work.
-Also be able to lead your team!
-Be able to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
-Have an excellent command of English (both written and spoken), NI Number, Bank Account, & right to work in the UK.
-Have a great knowledge of wines, ciders, whisky and ALE … and a passion for passing it on!

While not essential, we’ll love it if you;
-Hold your own personal license
-Are a CAMRA member

And in return for your hard-work, passion and all round brilliance, we’ll provide you with regular training both in house, and through externally accredited courses.

Salary is dependant on experience, and will be discussed at interview.
