We are looking for a new waitress to join our team. We are a central wine bar that aims to deliver a combination of excellent service alongside a stunning offering of beverages and food. This includes, but is not limited to, an extensive list of fine wines, specialty beers and unusual spirits, a fast paced comprehensive lunch offering, and a variety of culinary options in the evening, from snacks to a full grill menu.

The ideal candidate has several years experience of working as a waitress, has excellent awareness of good customer service, is a hard worker and actively enjoys working in a team, in a public facing role. Skills we would love to see consist of managing multiple tables, use of own initiative, the ability to deliver table service to a high standard and a reasonable level of experience in working in a bar environment. A working knowledge, passion and interest in fine wines and foods is a bonus- a willing to learn is a must.
