We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and personable individual with a high level of initiative and independence for a part time position as bookkeeper based from home in Sw13 Area. to assist us with the bookkeeping functions for our new but growing floristy business
· Process accounts through to Sage - Purchase and General ledgers
· Credit Control
· Manage Petty Cash,
· Assist in cashflow forecasts and Analysis
· Completion of month-end (including Sales Turnover) and year-end reports
· Manage staff absence and holiday and monthly rota sheets· Assist the Directors with various reports and projects
· Assist in liaising with external Auditors at year end
