Park Central Hotel is one of Bournemouth’s newest 4 star hotels. We take pride in caring for our guests by providing an outstanding guest experience.
Our Reception team is currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist to join us team. Experience in this role is preferred but is not essential as full training will be provided.
The duties will involve:
-demonstrating a high level of customer service at all times, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guests check in/out procedures, taking bookings, meeting and greeting customers, responding to guests queries in a timely and efficient manner, acting in accordance with hotel policies and procedures, assisting with other departments, as necessary.
Please note the latest finish time is 11pm so you must be able to get to and from the job easily.
Ideal candidates will have pervious customer service experience and must be eligible to work in UK.
