We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who we anticipate will have worked in a similiar role within the hospitality industry and/or have a great focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is a fast learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
As Night Reception Team Member:
- You will be responsible for creating a warm and friendly welcome to all guests when they arrive
- You will ensure that our guests receive our best service with regards to checking in and departure of the hotel and checking reservation details
- You will contribute to maximising revenue and promotion of the hotel facilities, and taking payments upon departure of the hotel.
- You will be required to take reservation calls and input reservations.
- You will also be required to support on the bar when required this may include serving late night pizzas to our guests. (full training will be given in all aspects of the role to the successful candidate).
Additional requirements:
- Good spoken and written English
- Previous experience as Receptionist desirable
- Strong Customer care skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail
- A high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
- Confident, professional and welcoming personality
You must be prepared to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays and over Christmas/New Year.
