applicant must have excellent communication skills, written and spoken,with a smart and tidy appearance and positive attitude, you must be available every weekend and some week days, you must be a proficient cook with relevant professional experience, have a five star standard of house keeping and attention to detail. You will work closely with the owner every shift but responsibility and the overall role requires you to be a very reliable and dedicated person capable of achieving all this by yourself. You must also have the following skill set: numeracy and PC experience, an excellent phone manner and greeting abilities, cash handling, ironing, general cleaning of commercial area and be available for holiday cover and occasional over night stays, this would be pre -arranged and must carried out alone, no partners allowed to stay. The house is gay owned and operated and welcomes a mixed clientele.
