We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to join our team at Stratford Upon Avon Waterways Premier Inn, who we anticipate will have worked in a similiar role within the hospitality industry or have a high level of guest focus. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is a fast learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
As F&B Team member:
- You will be responsible for creating a warm and friendly welcome to all guests when they arrive.
- You will ensure that our guests receive the best service with regards to Breakfast/Dinner reservations and at all times during their stay with us.
- You will be required to serve every guest to our highest standards within Premier Inn.
Additional requirements:
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- A high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
- Confident, professional and welcoming personality
You must be prepared to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays and over Christmas/New Year.
