My up-market city centre based bridal boutique is looking for an experienced dressmaker/seamstress to help with bridal gown alterations and making bespoke bridal gowns for clients and my new collection.

This is a new position, created due to increased business.

Excellent sewing skills and attention to detail are required for this job. With the bespoke bridal gowns, you will be working in house closely with the designer/pattern cutter, being able to finish constructing garments independently and to a high standard; With the bridal alterations, you can take some work home, but must be able to finish before the deadline and to the required standard.

This is a part-time job, 8 hours (one day) a week working in-house to start with and very likely to have increased hours when the workload gets heavy (Spring/Summer season). £7.50 per hour.
