We'’re looking for someone on a temporary basis to help us to continue to delight customers and support suppliers. If you are passionate about health & beauty, and get a kick out of making people happy then this could be your dream job. Working part-time you will be in a team that’s delivering world class customer service from our offices in central London.

Founded by veterans of lastminute.com and Yahoo!, Wahanda is looking to revolutionise the way consumers search and book health & beauty treatments by connecting customers with businesses and professionals. Wahanda's investors include the technology team who built Skype, the investors behind last.fm and a former worldwide director of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

The Nitty Gritty

We need someone to help answer customer queries and to be a primary contact point for our wellness suppliers (Salon, Spas, Fitness centres) across the UK. Your main responsibilities would include:
• To act as main point of contact with customers
• Processing offline customer bookings and transactions
• Confirming orders with partners
• Assist in fulfilment process to ensure vouchers are dispatched in an accurate and timely manner
• Responding to customer queries and complaints
• To act as a point of contact for existing suppliers
• Ensuring smooth operational running of all promotions
• To provide financial reports to suppliers as required.
• To support the sales team in acquiring new accounts and maintaining existing accounts.
• Filing and general administration
We are a young company and therefore many of our processes are still under development. The ideal candidate would not only execute the processes we have, but work with the team to improve them. You will need to commit to working a minimum of 16 hours, more hours will be available by arrangement with your manager.
What we will be looking for
The basics:
• You must be passionate to a fault about detail.
• You should really like talking to people.
• You will need to have a high standard of literacy in English and be numerate.
• Previous Customer Service is desirable
• You should be the sort of person who wants to solve problems when you see them.
• You must be able to stay focused and be organized.
• You will need strong computer skills.
• Experience working with spreadsheets in Excel and Google Docs would be useful
• Some experience with Adobe Photoshop would be useful.
We will need you to be professional, dedicated and dependable.

You will be reporting to our Customer Service Manager and you will work closely with everyone in the company (of course, we’re still small!) £8p/h.
