I am currently looking for a part time creative position or admin position within a creative company, ideally one or two days per week.
A BIT ABOUT ME....
I am 25 years of age and I am currently working part time as a Studio Manager for a Childrenswear design studio based in Shoreditch, London. I am responsible for single hand-idly running both the accounts and administration departments for the company. I also have graphic design experience and work as a freelance designer in my spare time.

In my present position I am responsible for co-ordinating working deadlines, interacting with the designers both in-house and externally to guarantee the best use of their time, and liaising with clients to ensure excellent communication is kept at all times, as well as processing and raising invoices, accounting, and all other administration needs. My responsibilities cover a wide range of areas within the studio from creative to administrational.
I relish working within a creative environment and feel I am at my best when i am combining my design skills with my office administrational knowledge. I have over 9 years secretarial experience from front of house reception to personal assistant skills and practice. I also hold a NVQ 2 in business administration. I have worked in the NHS, Social Services, Construction, and Fashion design.
You can trust me to work unsupervised, meet deadlines, and develop creative ideas that will ensure the smooth running of the studio/office, as well as production between the various departments. I am a fast learner and feel I take my hand well to most tasks I am confronted with.
