I am looking to hire someone to cover my cafe kitchen 2 days per week. You must be able to confidently produce brunch items, lunch, soups and baked goods with minimum supervision.

Other duties include management of food stock, cleaning and limited menu planning.

You must understand cafe culture, we are not a restaurant but do demand high standards from our food. There may be scope to later expand the role into including barista duties so some experience would be preferable.
