We have job opportunity for an Administrative assistant. Our clients are individuals or small businesses.. minimal travel (post office) is required.

MANDATORY SKILLS: better than average understanding of computers
familiar with their usage (copy, fax, calculator, postage);
Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and will be learning new software; type 40 wpm accurately;
ability to: organize and prioritize, follow through on small projects in a timely manner,
work either alone or as part of a team,
communicate well verbally and in writing and (finally) follow directions .

This is a part-time position , 3 hours a day, 9-12 or 12-15 hours from Mon to Fri.
