Part time administrator required for building contractors office based in Newtownabbey.
You will be motivated, orgainsed and able to work on your own initiave. Proficient with the Microsoft Office package and a flunt typist is a must.
The job entails preparing quotations, sourcing materials, pricing materials, ordering, matching purchase orders, customer service etc. It would be a distinct advantage if you also had experience in Sage for book keeping.
Initially the post is for 12 hours per week.
