I'm a painter based in Hackney and I'm looking for people who would be interested in posing for me for painting projects.

You could be of any age/gender/ethnicity but preferably be interested in this kind of work, have available spare time and be based nearby.

This doesn't involve nudity of or physically demanding poses.

My practice is centred around painting from life so you should be prepared to spend several hours posing in my studio (these could be spread over several days/weeks and organised at your convenience: I’m ideally looking for someone who can come on between 1 and 4 occasions for around 2 hours each time.

I can't pay cash but I'm willing to exchange sketches of you/photos of a final painting for your time and explain the processes of making the work as we go along. I will also pay travel expenses and make you cups of tea.

If you’re interested in posing please send an email with a photo attached letting me know how often and when you’d be available to pose and what you’d hope to get out of it.
