Optimise Limited is a small, Edinburgh-based company doing some speacila work across the NHS in England. We are architects of the Listening into Action (LiA)® approach, which is all about engaging and empowering frontline staff to drive positive change for the benefit of patients. So far, 20 hospitals are adopting our approach on a widespread basis, with more starting soon.
To date, we have been managing our own administrative needs, but this is not the smart way forward. We are therefore looking for a positive, happy, 'can do' person to help us. You may have a background in the NHS - although this is not essential - and will definitely be able to demonstrate great organisational and administrative skills. You will be the kind of person who gets things done, is proud of the contribution you make, can talk to anybody at any level, and is comfortable working in a small office - sometimes on your own - supporting a husband and wife team.
This is a part-time role, with fixed hours which will be decided together with the candidate. School hours are possible.
