P.A. to help run small sewing school in Hove. Part time.

We are looking for a part time PA to help us run and develop our small but busy sewing school in Hove:

The job:
Customer correspondence by email and phone
Processing bookings - phone and email - inc creating and sending booking confirmations
Upkeep of database and class charts,
Email marketing
Online advertising (Gumtree, online directories)
Helping owner Kat plan her classes
Bit of basic bookeeping (no experience neccessary)

Skills & attributes needed:
Computer literacy to very good level: Excel & Word, Email marketing software & Gmail
Highly organised and with a mind for efficient systems
Excellent interpersonal skills/ability to write in friendly professional manner
Accuracy & attention to detail, excellent spelling, ability to work fast
Basic web design (not essential),
An ability to sew would be a bonus (not essential)
You will need to have your own computer to work on at home and preferably to bring with you to work too.

Hours etc:
Approx 10 hours per week total - sometimes more, may increase in time. £7.50 per hour (self employed, invoice us monthly)
3 x 3 hours a week at our office near George St in Hove - times and days negotiable, plus working from home half an hour a day on the days not in the office.
You'd be working alongside business owner Kat.
