Hi,
I am currently looking for a freelance job as Personal Assistant.
I am Fluent in French and English, have experience in event management, diary management, organizing travel, accommodation in the UK and abroad, visa process, reporting budget and expenses claim monthly, scheduling meeting in site and off site.
But also in Sales, managing contract and clients queries, negociation with suppliers, and in marketing, competitors research, PPT presentation in French and GB Version, translation of different files such as brochures, internet content, updating company website.
I can also manage some HR such as team vacation, sick leave, contract, insurance, staff management.
I used to work in Travel, advertising, car dealer and insurance industries, so I am aware about different sectors/areas.
I am trustworthy, organised and can work flexible hours. I have good communication skills, pay attention to details.
I am computer literate, in all MS Office software ( Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook/Lotus) plus some knowledge in accountancy software such as Bilan +, ciel. Sales Software : B2B, Opus, SFA, AS400.
