Operations Manager - Country House Hotel - Dumfries
This superb 28 bedroom Country House Hotel in Dumfries is presently looking to recruit an Operations Manager to join their team.
The role will be to support and assist the General Manager on a day to day basis and work with each department to ensure that the operations are running smoothly and to company standards.You will be able to manage the teams through the HOD's and offer training,development and the skills to maximise the efficiency of each department.
The ideal candidate will have a F&B focus but also can manage the other departments and have working knowledge of these areas of the hotel.
You MUST have hotel management experience to at least Assistant or Deputy Manager level in good quality 3/4 star properties.
As a Senior Manager you will work with the General Manager and also to work on your own initiative and to implement operational procedures when required and to ensure that the hotel is achieving in all areas which include guest service,sales and working to targets set by the teams and agreed with you.
Salary: £24000k and company benefits
