The applicant will have great attention to detail be able to organise all management of the houses, often under pressure at short notice. Management of cleaning and day-to-day maintenance, responsible for budgets and keeping management manuals up to date.
Catering and events are a big part of the business and the applicant would be responsible for lieasing with clients, creating proposals, managing budgets, hiring of temporary staff and the smooth running of all events.
The candidate will have great interpersonal skills with the ability to be intuitive and anticipate customer needs.
Flexible working hours (40 hours), with some weekend work and evenings necessary.
Salary £18-22k for the right candidate.
