The ideal candidate will be:

Administration and/or Customer service experience
Excellent Communication skills;
Eye for a detail and accuracy;
Computer office skills, including practical skills using Microsoft Office (intermediate MS Excel & Word);
Time management skill and ability to prioritise;
A University Degree is an advantage;
Fluent in English. Other languages are an advantage;
Review account statements and identify possible problematic banking activity.
Assist in the collection of outstanding funds due to be paid by existing business accounts to the company over the phone on daily basis.
Negotiate possible payment plans
Perform credit checks, review and manage existing business accounts
Deal with occurring issues related to banking, commissions and agents credit limits
Perform relevant credit checks
Provide assistance to the in-house Sales Team
Deal with inbound and outbound calls
Starting salary will be £15,600 per annum
Working Hours 8.45am to 18.00 pm, Monday to Friday
Holidays of 20 working days a year plus bank holidays
There will be a 6 month probationary period and will become permanent for the right candidate.
