We're looking for an experienced, well-organised and upbeat person to help managing the operations of our expanding business in Hove

Key responsibilities:
- admin tasks, including some financial tasks
- communicating with clients
- business development
- general help with business start-up and marketing

There will be opportunities for personal & career development as the job grows.

The right individual must have extensive experience with MS Office

- producing circular letters/ mail merge (MS Word)
- create and maintain data bases ( MS Access, Outlook)
- create and configure MS Excel tables & MS PowerPoint

We are looking for a self- motivated person who is flexible regarding working hours.

Hours: From full-time to fexible part-time depending on the person.
