We require:

Office manager to handle the day-to-day running of the office including the following areas:

• Reception
• Transportation
• Invoicing
• Secretarial
• Purchasing

The successful applicant will also be required to assist with accounts in Italy and Germany

Required full time 8:30 - 5:30

Salary - Excellent remuneration package, negotiable on interview.

Skills:

• Being able to speak fluent English (spoken & written), Italian & German
• Be able a natural and friendly communicator
• Be disciplined and dependable
• Have strong interpersonal skills and a considerate team member
• Be able to work on own initiative
• Be pro-active

Must hold a valid passport.
