We have an opening for a Part-time Office Manager to work in our North London office 2-3 days per week. We are a niche recruitment firm specialising in placing Finance and Audit Professionals globally.

You will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly, all finance related matters (salaries, invoicing clients, chasing invoices, paying supplier invoices, etc.), and generally keeping the admin side of the business in perfect order.

Other duties include:
-Basic accounting
-IT/Telephone troubleshooting when needed
-Ordering stationery
-Facilities management
-Assisting Director or colleagues with occasional tasks
-Submitting relevant company and employee information to HMRC
-Liaising/negotiating with suppliers

The ideal candidate will have:
-Proven experience as an office manager/administrative assistant
-A friendly personality; someone who is a pleasure to work with
-Professionalism
-The ability to take on the small tasks along with the big
-The ability to take ownership of the position
-Common sense and discretion

You will be working with a small and friendly team of recruiters and one Director. The office has a relaxed dress code and working hours are 9.15am to 5.30pm. There will be a full handover for this position. The current office manager is leaving as she has decided to move to a full-time position. The new candidate will need to as soon as possible and salary is 20-22k pro-rata depending on experience.

Please note that the position is part-time and this will most likely not change in the future. We are looking for someone who can commit to and be happy with this arrangement on a long-term basis.
