We require a bright, well presented, well spoken, diligent and intelligent person to join our team as an Office Junior & P A.
Someone with an interest in business would be ideal as there will be the opportunity to train and develop into the team and progress over time. However, this is not essential as this is an entry level position.
- PA to the Office Manager
- Sorting and Distribution of Incoming Post
- Ordering and Monitoring of Office Supplies
- Ordering workshop Supplies as Directed
- Back Up Answering of Phones
- General administration duties, as required.
The ideal candidate will be:
Enthusiastic, reliable, responsible and hardworking;
A good team player and excellent communicator;
Administration and/or Customer service experience preferred
Excellent Communication skills;
Eye for a detail and accuracy;
Confidence using a computer (intermediate MS Excel & Word);
Time management skill and ability to prioritise;
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Salary will be negotiable
Working Hours 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
There will be a 12 week probationary period
