F/T Office Assistant

Responsible to: Director
Main purpose of job: To perform general administrative duties and provide support to the team as required.

Duties include:
•Writing and dispatching routine or straightforward letters
•Answering general queries by telephone
•Photocopying documents
•Sorting and opening post
•Obtaining information from the computer
•Maintaining records, filing systems and computer files
•Ordering stationery
•Assisting team members as necessary
•Undertaking any other tasks/duties as may be reasonably required.

These are the key duties and responsibilities for the post and they are subject to regular review. Any significant changes to the role will be subject to consultation.

Role

As Office Assistant your job will involve supporting other members of the team from time to time. Your job is to perform basic administration to enable the rest of the team to concentrate on more complex tasks. Inputting and extracting data from the database is an integral part of the job.

Salary

The post is on a CONTRACT only basis and will pay £7 per hour.
