An international college based in central London (E1) currently looking to recruit an office assistant/ Receptionist.
The individual must be one with great communication skills and people skills as position is the face of the College.
Answering of the Telephone: Must have great telephone manners
Dealing with general queries
Ensure office is attractive and welcoming at all times.
Drafting and issuing letters, designing various forms as needed by the college.
Sorting and posting mails at the end of the day.
Filing and Photocopying
Maintain and update college notice boards
Contacting students and liaising with teaching staff regarding attendance and other student related issues.
