We are a family run firm of Accountants & Registered Auditors established in 1952 and based in Cheam, Surrey. We offer various services to mainly small owner managed businesses in a variety of sectors.

We are seeking to recruit an Office Adminstrator to assist with the general running of our practice. The role would suit a full or possibly part time applicant with an excellent attention to detail and ability to work within a friendly, close knit team.

The role will include a variety of tasks, taking in the more basic jobs such as telephone answering, photocopying, ordering stationery etc up to other tasks such as analysing client books and records for us to prepare accounts based on them, issuing accounts reminders to clients, registering clients for VAT etc with HM Revenue & Customs, maintaining our customer ledger and forming companies, depending on the ability of the candidate.

Hours are generally 9 to 5 but may be flexible, and you will be expected to work at our offices. Salary is dependent upon the experience of the candidate.

Applicants do not require formal qualifications and training will be provided, however they must be able to communicate clearly with clients, have an excellent attention to detail, be well presented to work in a professional office and have a friendly and flexible attitude to work.
