We are now looking for a confident, organised and outgoing individual to join the team on a full time, permanent basis in the capacity of Office Administrator, reporting directly into the Managing Director. The main purpose of the position is to support both the company as a whole and also each individual within the sales team, to ensure maximum profitability and efficiency, as well as to work with the Managing Director in all administration, compliance and other non-sales activities.

We believe in socialising together and recently the team have done such activities as a murder mystery and celebrating Christmas at a luxury hotel in London! Friday is always dress-down day and we often go for a pub lunch! None of this takes away from our successful business as much as we enjoy life, we also believe in working hard and being successful. We are also a strong believer in ethics and giving something back to the community in 2011, we sponsored two medical staff in a hospital in rural Kenya, we sponsored two water well projects in India and we have purchased a new minibus for a Southampton charity that supports homeless individuals.
To be of the right calibre to work with us, we need you to be able to say yes to all of the following:
* Have you got strong office / administration experience?
* Have you supported a sales team?
* Are you able to handle confident, gregarious recruitment consultants?
* Do you relish a fast paced environment, yet can handle doing some tasks again and again?
* As our office is a small converted barn near North Baddesley, there is no public transport links, can you drive & do you have access to a car?
In return for your services, we are able to offer training where you need it, responsibility where you want it and a good salary of between £15-16k per annum, with quarterly and annual bonuses meaning you could earn another £2,000 in bonuses on top of your basic. We also review support salaries once a year.
