Description

Benham & Reeves Residential Lettings is an independent letting agency with several branches across central london. We are looking for an office administrator to join our management and accounts office based on Finchley Road

Successful candidates will:
Be fluent in English, both written and spoken
Have good organisational skills
Keep excellent attention to detail

The majority of the work involved will be to deal with the office filing and managing the filing system. In addition the candidate will be expected to assist in the implementation of an eletronic document management system which is scheduled for 2012.

Other duties to include

Key duties involved:
Opening and distributing the post
Banking
Scanning documents
General upkeep of the office
Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required

Salary range from £14-£16k per annum on a full time basis.
Office hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 6pm
Friday 9am to 5.30pm
